Damaged Items (Replacement Only)If your mug arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. You must include clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging so we can evaluate the claim.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
